    This position will be at company headquarters and along with a team of assemblers will be responsible for performing warehouse and logistics duties, as well as the assembly, repair, and maintenance of specialized panel shop and production equipment. This position requires mechanical aptitude, fabrication skills, and a solid understanding of both warehouse safety and production efficiency. The ideal candidate will be meticulous, detail-oriented, works well with others, and is open to continuous learning. Required Skills & Abilities: • Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team atmosphere. • Must be detail oriented and able to meet deadlines. • Must have strong language skills. • Must be able to read a tape measure/rule and use hand tools. • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods. • Lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly and occasionally more with assistance. • Ability to climb ladders and operate power tools and material-handling equipment. • Other skills required • Proven experience in a warehouse or industrial setting with demonstrated mechanical aptitude. • Experience with equipment assembly, repair, and troubleshooting is required. • Proficiency in fabrication and welding techniques. • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, electrical schematics, and blueprints. • Certified forklift operator or ability to obtain certification. • Familiarity with inventory management software and basic computer applications. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. • The ability to pull parts from inventory • Good eye hand coordination and manual dexterity required

    Responsibilities • Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and operational issues in equipment and perform necessary repairs in a timely manner. • Utilize general handyman and fabrication skills, including welding, to repair and modify equipment as needed. • Conduct routine preventive maintenance on all warehouse and panel shop equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety. • Operate material-handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and effectively to move and organize inventory. • Maintain accurate inventory of equipment, spare parts, and consumables, and update inventory logs as required. • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with all company and safety regulations. • Collaborate with the warehouse and engineering teams to identify and resolve issues, improve processes, and meet operational goals. • Maintain clear and detailed records of all maintenance, repair, and inventory activities.     Qualifications: • High school diploma or GED required. • Technical or vocational training in mechanical, electrical, or industrial fields preferred. • Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse, assembly, or maintenance environment preferred.
