We are seeking a skilled Welder/Fitter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welding and fitting tasks to fabricate and assemble metal structures according to specifications. If you have a strong background in welding, fitting, and a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

- Perform welding and fitting tasks using various techniques and tools

- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings

- Fabricate and assemble metal components accurately

- Use hand tools, calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments

- Operate welding equipment such as soldering irons, rigging equipment

- Inspect welded structures to ensure they meet quality standards

- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently

- Operate crane and other heavy machinery as needed

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Welder/Fitter or similar role

- Proficient in welding techniques including MIG, TIG, and stick welding

- Familiarity with various hand tools and measuring instruments

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings

- Strong attention to detail and precision in work

- Knowledge of safety procedures when operating welding equipment

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

- Certification in welding is a plus, we are willing to train you

-Ability to pass a drug and background screening
