    Hours: Monday-Thursday 6:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with OT as required based on business need. **This will include Friday work as needed.

    Job Type: Full-Time

    We are seeking skilled and detail-oriented Welders / Robotic Welders to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate(s) will have a solid background in manual welding techniques and experience operating robotic welding equipment. You will be responsible for producing high-quality welds that meet industry standards while adhering to safety protocols and production timelines.

    Key Responsibilities:

    - Perform high-quality welding using MIG welding techniques on steel.
    - Set up and operate robotic welding machines, ensuring optimal settings for different materials and thicknesses.
    - Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to execute precise welding and fabrication tasks.
    - Conduct routine maintenance checks on welding equipment, troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise.
    - Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow and quality production standards.
    - Inspect welds for quality and compliance with safety regulations using appropriate measuring tools and techniques.
    - Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
    - Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting enhancements to welding processes and equipment.

    Qualifications:

    - High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in welding or related field preferred.
    - Minimum 1 year of experience in manual welding and robotic welding operations.
    - Proficiency in MIG welding processes; certifications are a plus.
    - Experience with a variety of welding equipment and tools, including robotic welding systems.
    - Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce high-quality work that meets specifications.
    - Familiarity with welding safety standards and practices.
    - Must possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
    - Physical stamina and strength is necessary to perform manual labor tasks as required. Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs., with assistance if needed, at heights from floor level to 4 feet high. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. on a consistent basis.

    · While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be expected to work inside a manufacturing environment with regular exposure to changing temperatures (hot, cold, humid), moving mechanical parts, dust, fumes, chemicals, and loud noises. The noise level in the work environment can be loud; vibration levels are moderate.
