    This position is at a manufacturing company in Milwaukee. The ERP Process Analyst provides primary support to the sites ERP users including plants production and quality parametrization, plants inventory management, plants shipping and cream load out activities, interface with specific industrial software, item masters, problem resolutions, creation and management of service requests with Oracle support. Performs non-routine system maintenance for items outside the scope of user responsibilities. Responsible for managing implementation of new manufacturing/supply chain modules, upgrades of existing modules and interface of manufacturing/supply chain modules with other modules.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Problem Resolution Management

      • Resolve user problems with manufacturing and supply chain modules.

      • Create and manage support service requests for system and application issues

    • Perform System Configurations and Setups

      • Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality parametrization.

      • Managing and designing a wide range of reports on an ad-hoc basis

      • Interfaces

    • Training and Documentation

      • Create and present user training materials

      • Maintain key process documentation including procedural flow charts

      • Cross train with other ERP Process Analyst responsibilities (finance, etc.)

    • Manage System Changes and Implementations Relating to Manufacturing/Supply Chain Modules

    • System upgrades

      • New module implementation

      • Integration of non-Oracle systems

    • Other special projects or necessary duties as required.

    • Interact with: All ERP users within the organization, Oracle Support, System Hosting Provider

    SKILLS AND ABILITIES

    • 5+ Process Manufacturing years experience 

    • Bachelor's degree or five to ten years ERP experience and/or training

     

    • Working knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (Oracle preferred, or another large ERP system such as SAP).

    • Working knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI) systems.

    • Ability to define objectives and create and execute necessary steps to achieve desired results.

    • Prepare PERT and Gant charts.

    • Provide direction to consultants or other temporary employees.

    • Ability to use Microsoft Project software.

    • Knowledge of SQL programming language.

    • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.

    • Ability to evaluate vendor contracts.

    • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.

    • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

    • Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.

    • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

    • Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

    • Working knowledge of personal computers, including the Windows operating system.

    • Proficiency in desktop software applications such as Microsoft Office (spreadsheets, word processing, presentations, project management).
