Job Description
Manufacturer in Little Rock, Arkansas, is looking for an experienced recruiter to join their HR department.
This is a "direct hire" position, meaning the successful candidate will go on to the company's payroll immediately.
A successful candidate must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, General Business, or related. We can substitute the degree with 8 years of relevant recruiting experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of private sector or corporate recruiting experience in a production, manufacturing or related industry that hires both hourly and salaried positions covering differing skill sets. For a candidate without a degree these 2 years would be in addition to the 8 years of education substitution.
- Minimum of 1 year of recruiting software experience.
- Must have a working knowledge of compensation and benefits.
- Must have effective and professional oral presentation, writing, and listening skills.
- Above average skills in MS Office Suites.
- Ability to travel for recruitment meetings, college visits, career fairs, etc.
- Ability to work under pressure and overtime when needed to meet deadlines.
- Must have strong organizational and planning skills .
- Must be knowledgeable about behavioral interviewing techniques from an administration and training standpoint.
- Must have the ability create and give presentations to inform or train on recruiting processes and procedures.
- Have an understanding of and the ability to report recruiting metrics.
- Strong knowledge of recruiting marketing, advertising, and social media sourcing strategies.
- Experience in managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and client relationships.

Pay; $25-$27 an hour
