Requirements

• 1-4 years customer service experience in a 3PL Logistics environment
• Working knowledge on Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Assist in receiving in drivers coming in for pick ups
• Must have excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Knowledge in domestic shipping
• Must have worked with a WMS (Warehouse Management System)
• Must be well organized
• Must be able to work under pressure
• Must be flexible with overtime (rarely happens)
• Bi-Lingual (Spanish/English) important
