• Will be call center environment: 11 reps currently.
• This is after sales customer service: supporting consumer with returns, status, warranty, price match.
• Most calls are on ques, they need extra help with email responses.
• Good etiquette
• Automotive is a PLUS
• Good data entry is helpful – old system
• 2+ years’ experience in cs or call center
