We are seeking a Social Media Marketing Coordinator or Specialist  to join our team! You will be responsible for gathering and analyzing key market information, as well as identifying areas of improvement to increase company revenue and brand. 

POSITION SUMMARY:

A dynamic and growing medical aesthetic clinic is looking to fill a part time Social Media Specialist position. The role is primarily responsible for the management of our social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of all social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Google, YouTube, etc.) and best practices as it relates to business. The Social Media Marketing Specialist must be able to manage all aspects of our social media program from platform creation, content planning and the ability to monitor and measure the campaign's effectiveness. Procuring and writing content as well as managing the content calendar for our clients is a large part of this role.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
• Ensures brand consistency in marketing and social media messages by working with our clinical operation team, including advertising, product development, and brand management
• Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
• Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content
• Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy
• Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
• Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
• Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, front desk etc..) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions

SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist
• Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
• Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
• Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, CRO and SEO
• Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
• Positive attitude, Proactive and Productive, goal driven and task oriented. Detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team under minimal supervision.
• Fluency in English and Spanish or Chinese would be a plus
• Attention to Detail, Self-Motivated
• Actively working on a Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media or Public Relations

Job Types: Part-Time ; 25-30 hours per week (16 hours on site)

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
