About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Skincare Specialist to join our luxury spa team. This role focuses on delivering customized facial treatments, supporting clients in achieving healthy skin, and providing expert skincare education in a calm and professional environment.

Compensation

$19 per hour plus tips and retail commissions

Key Responsibilities

Perform professional facials, peels, and advanced skincare treatments

Conduct detailed skin consultations and create personalized treatment plans

Educate clients on skincare routines and proper product usage

Recommend retail products and promote spa memberships when appropriate

Maintain a clean, sanitary, and relaxing treatment room

Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction

Qualifications

Active Esthetician license required

Experience performing facials and skincare treatments

Knowledge of skincare products and skin health

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Professional, dependable, and client-focused
