About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated Skincare Specialist to join our luxury spa team. In this position, you will provide personalized facial treatments, guide clients toward achieving their skin goals, and share professional skincare knowledge in a serene and welcoming environment.

Compensation
$19 per hour plus tips and retail commissions

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a variety of facial treatments, chemical peels, and other skincare services

• Assess clients' skin and create customized treatment plans

• Advise clients on at-home skincare routines and proper product use

• Promote retail products and spa memberships as appropriate

• Keep treatment areas clean, organized, and soothing for clients

• Ensure every client receives a high standard of care and service

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Esthetician license

• Hands-on experience in facial and skincare treatments

• Solid understanding of skin health and professional skincare products

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

• Dependable, professional, and focused on client satisfaction
