The Skip Manager is responsible for overseeing and directing the activities of the skip tracing team to ensure efficient, compliant, and results-driven operations. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to manage performance while ensuring strict adherence to company policies, client requirements, and regulatory standards.
The Skip Manager serves as the primary liaison between senior management and the skip team, ensuring that production goals are achieved, compliance is maintained, and employees are supported through training, development, and performance coaching.

Position Responsibilities •Reports directly to the CEO •Lead, develop, train and motivate team members to achieve set monthly team goals and increase production •Leading an assigned team while maintaining a personal skip que. •Communicate effectively with client to secure billings and resolve issues. •Work with Compliance/QA Manager to ensure team meets monthly compliance goals •Meet monthly team and individual goals. •Assist in day-to-day operations as needed (answering phones, etc.) •Create Incentives that motivate and reward team members. •Responsible for setting, tracking individual and team goals and ensuring those goals are met. •Submit annual performance evaluations form with recommendations to HR manager. •Facilitate flip program within assigned team. •Monthly audit: Updates, Closed files, pending files, exhausted efforts files. •Training & Develop – New and existing team members. Ongoing development of team •Assist skip tracers with talk-offs and management calls. •Monitor file count for assigned team. •Report any employee misconduct or issues to the Operations Manager and Owners. •Required to work two Saturdays per month. •Availability to work flexible shifts between 8AM and 6PM (M-F)
