Skiptown is looking for a Product Associate to join us in revolutionizing the pet services industry. The Product Associate role is responsible for supporting product operations, overseeing third-party software management, and enhancing data analysis capabilities across multiple departments.

WHO YOU ARE:

You're an expert “solution-finder” who can evaluate all of the data and perspectives that go into the bigger picture of solving a problem. You make an impact and add value, always. You're a self starter who excels at research, data analysis, and seeing projects through from problem identification to solution implementation.

WHAT YOU'LL DO: 

• Become an expert on the user journeys of all Skiptown users (both internal and external)
• Act as product manager for third-party software that supports those users
• Analyze user data and build bridges between proprietary and external software systems
• Deliver critical supporting research that drives product decisions forward at all phases of the product process

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

• Bachelor's degree
• Qualitative and quantitative research skills (you're an expert Googler)
• A self-starter attitude and a desire to tackle every challenge you come across
• A highly organized and process-oriented mindset with relentless attention to detail
