Express Employment Professionals invites candidates to apply for our open MIG Welder roles. The MIG Welder will have the following role, skills, and knowledge -

Role:

The MIG Welder will be part of a team manufacturing heavy machinery for commercial marine, heavy industry, and defense markets. The company is looking for experience with flux core (flat, horizontal, vertical progression up), stacking welds (typically 1/4'' - 1'' fillet welds), and carbon arc gouging or TIG welding experience is a plus. The position pays up to $30/hr depending on a weld test with regular opportunities to re-test for increases.

Skills and Knowledge:

-Flux core welding in flat, horizontal, and vertical progression up

-Multipass welding (stacking welds) typically 1/4'' - 1'' fillet welds

-Any carbon arc gouging experience is a plus

-Any TIG welding experience is a plus

Schedule:

There are openings on day shift and night shift with considerable overtime available.
