Specialized Recruiting Group is seeking to fill an Outside Sales/Business Development position near downtown Kansas City. Desirable candidates are able to work independently and as part of a team, with limited supervision at times, and are highly organized and hard working.

Basic Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Quote generation and estimating

Must be able to be both in the office and out in the field

Act as an account manager to source and generate new business

Plan, layout and estimate the job (labor & material) including outside processes; order materials

Establish and maintain project schedules and budgets, and manager overall project delivery

Actively monitor project performance and estimate cost projections

​Requirements:

CAD experience preferred

Previous experience with custom fabrication & sheet metal

Local travel within a 50-100 radius required

MS Office Suite proficiency required

Must be a self-starter

5+ years related experience preferred
