Express Employment Professional Northland is currently seeking to fill a Temporary HR Assistant position in North Kansas City, MO near the KCI Airport. Desirable candidates can work independently and as part of a team, with limited supervision at times, and are highly organized and hardworking.

Basic Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Assist with employee orientation, onboarding, and offboarding processes.

Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy and completeness.

Assist with recruitment and hiring processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.

Support HR managers in implementing employment labor laws and company policies.

Assist with performance management processes, including employee evaluations and feedback.

Process payroll changes and updates in a timely manner.

Support HR managers in affirmative action planning.

Other assigned tasks.

​Requirements:

Strong in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).

2+ years of experience in an HR administrative role

Proficiency in ADP required.

High School Diploma or equivalent.
