Express Employment Professional Northland is currently seeking to fill a Customer Service Representative position in North Kansas City, MO. Desirable candidates can work independently and as part of a team, with limited supervision at times, and are highly organized and hardworking.

Basic Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat.

Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

Perform data entry and maintain accurate customer records

Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

Assist with vehicle inspections and reporting damages.

Other assigned tasks.

Strong in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).

Must be willing and able to work indoors and outdoors.

Previous Customer Service experience required.

High School Diploma or equivalent.
