We are immediately hiring for a Commercial HVAC Service Technicians. We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 5 years’ experience.

Responsibilities:

Willing and able to safely operate a company service vehicle

Provide service and commissioning of:

o Boilers

o Chillers

o Packaged rooftop units

o Air and water cooled condensing units

o Make up air units

o DOAS units

o Exhaust fans

o VRF systems

o Split systems, mini split systems

o Variable frequency drives

o ECM motors

o Refrigeration systems

o DDC temperature controls

Working with electrical voltages of 120/230/277/480 single phase and three phase circuits

Installing and repairing refrigeration piping

Working with gas piping

Residential service and installs as needed

Inspect all work and installs for quality and accuracy

Qualifications (education, experience, skills, personal attributes):

Valid and active drivers license

5+ years of experience: commercial HVAC/R service systems and installs

EPA Certification

OSHA 10 Certified

Ability to read and interpret drawings, blueprints desired

Must be able to work independently, efficiently and be self-motivated and detail oriented.
