Specialized Recruiting Group Northland & Downtown KC is currently seeking to fill a Service/Rental Manager position in Springfield, MO. Desirable candidates are able to work independently and as part of a team, with limited supervision at times, and are highly organized and hard working.

Basic Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Prepare quotes for service & rental equipment for outside sales team

Rental equipment scheduling and billing

Enter and schedule rental equipment service needs

Answers phone calls and respond to emails on a daily basis

Data entry of service orders, purchase orders & inventory transactions

On the job training for the products that we sell will be provided

Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Rental/Service Coordinator

Functional understanding of pneumatics, electricity and compressed air preferred

Engineering and/or manufacturing experience a plus

MS Office Suite proficiency required
