    THIS IS A PROPOSAL POSITION (CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD).

     

    JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Includes purchasing, testing, installing, maintaining, servicing, and repairing all physical security equipment at Government facilities to include the maintenance of comprehensive administrative records for the programming and installation of new security locks, alarms, and detection equipment and the conduct of preventive maintenance.
    • Work shall be completed and submitted through an electronic service request database.
    • Manage the daily activities for PSEP personnel to include assignment of tasks, tracking progress, and providing technical direction
    • Manage the daily activities for all PSEP projects, following PPMC/PMBOK standards for projects to include, but not limited to the following: integration of all system requirements, participation in pre-bid and pre-construction site visits, and reviewing drawings, submissions, and construction documents
    • Interface with facility project managers, as appropriate
    • Provide oversight to ensure key performance measurements are collected and reported from the PSEP program
    • Provide strategic guidance and experience to develop and implement a long-term PSEP recapitalization and preventive maintenance program
    • Implement and manage configuration control processes for installed systems
    • Develop standard operation procedures for PSEP business area
    • The PSEP Manager, or their approved designees, must be present during the business hours of 0600-1800. After normal business hours or during weekends, PSEP Manager or their approved designees shall be physically present within two (2) hours of notification of an incident requiring emergency response, if and when an emergency situation occurs and shall be available for contact by telephone 24 hours per day, 7 days per week (24/7), including holidays.

     

    QUALIFICATIONS:

     

    • A bachelor’s degree from an accredited university & 5 years recent PSEP experience & 5 years of similar technical expertise, specifically with LENEL systems

    LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS:

    • Current applicable licenses required by local, county, and state codes

     

    CLEARANCE:

     

    • TS/SCI required to start
    • US Citizenship is required.
