DESCRIPTION OF THE JOB, RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES.
The Food Service employees prepare the meals according to airline specifications by cutting, chopping, wrapping, and assembling dishes and meals.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Prepare all food items according to standard recipes and production orders
- Determine production time requirements and quantities based on food production order
- Obtain all necessary ingredients, supplies and equipment
- Maintain equipment and work area in clean, safe and orderly manner according to Safe Food Handling Guidelines
- Use knife to cut product for specification
- Other duties as assigned
OUR EMPLOYEES MUST BE ABLE TO:
- Work assigned schedule which may include nights, weekends or holidays
- Work overtime when required
- Ability to handle dry ice
- Wear Personal Protective Equipment as required
- Pass a criminal background and drug test
ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Will be exposed to extreme temperature changes (hot and cold) and noise
- Working in a cold weather environment of approximately 35-40 degrees
- This position requires to be active, walking, heavy lifting and pushing 50+ lbs.
- Regularly stands, bends, lifts, and moves intermittently during shifts of 8+ hours

SCHEDULE: Seniority Shift Bidding 1st 2nd or 3rd
SHIFT: Night 7PM-3:30AM or 8PM-4:30AM
PAY: $10.15 + Shift Differential
OVERTIME OFFERED: As Needed
