ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Provide technical coordination for planning, scheduling and estimating functions for small construction projects (Individual Job Order contracts) on a military installation.

 Performs monitoring and surveillance to ensure compliance with specs and schedules. Plans and formulates broad schedules for project program and assigns projects to estimating staff according to project requirements. Reviews change requirements to schedules and estimates to ensure compliance with scope of work and related specifications. Provides interpretation for work order requests and other resources. Coordinates meeting with technical personnel for purposes of collecting and clarifying information and understanding job requirements. May provide training and prepare presentations and graphic illustrations or technical requirements, prepare plans, schedules and estimate summaries. Track the material deliveries in accordance with schedule requirements. Controls expenditures within limitations of project budget. Prepares interim and completion project reports. Procurement experience using FAR is required. Facility clearance including official background checks is required.

 SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITES: No supervisory responsibilities required.
