We currently have an opening in our Oakland, California for a Revit/BIM Technician within our Transportation & Infrastructure group.

The Revit/BIM Technician specializes in plan preparation and presentation providing project deliverable drawings and base files.

Develops and applies design software, methods, and theories in the investigation and solution of technical problems.

Implements design software applications.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

Working within a project team you will be required to:

• Produce Revit drawings of mechanical systems including dry side and wet side.
• Coordinate work with other disciplines including architecture, structural, and civil.
• Perform clash detection and resolve the conflicts.
• Check engineering drawings and vendor documents.
• Participate in site field verification and develop as-built documentation and as-built drawings.
• Generate charts, graphs and drawings to meet specifications

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• AutoCAD and REVIT training
• Knowledge of BIM software is an asset
• Familiarity with applicable codes and standards.
• Minimum of 3 years experience
