Our growing Personal Injury Law Firm has a full-time experienced associate litigation attorney position available now and we’re looking for the right professional to join our team. You will be responsible for litigating personal injury cases from complaint through trial. Your support team will assist you with the cases and keep clients up to date, There is no pre-suit involved as this is litigation only. You must have an active Florida Bar for this position. This is a salaried position with a per-case commission, paid each quarter. Responsibilities: • Prepare correspondence and legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, briefs, affidavits, motions, and settlement agreements for contract negotiations and proceedings • Maintain client files in an organized fashion to ensure up-to-date information is handy for other attorneys, paralegals and support staff • Attend hearings, mediations, arbitration and depositions Qualifications: • Successful completion of the bar exam • Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree required from an accredited law school • Effective communication skills and problem-solving skills are necessary to work with all levels of staff and clients • Florida Bar license Compensation: $125000 base salary + per case commissions
