    In anticipation of our accelerated growth, Sky Zone is looking for additional team members to support our growing needs.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    The Training Coordinator will be responsible for the following: 

    • Assist with updating and organizing training materials
    • Manage the training calendar e.g. park openings, regional trainings, etc
    • Serve as the training lead on park development calls, ensuring a park has all materials and information needed for attending Park Operations Training (POT).
    • Communicate with Franchise Partners to sign up for training sessions, receive materials and assist with logistics
    • Support and maintain the Learning Management System, manage communication and troubleshoot daily; submit support tickets to LMS vendor as needed
    • Drive company wide use of Sky Zone University (LMS) by providing set up and support to the Home Zone (corporate), Franchise Partners and their management teams.
    • Work closely with the Support Coach program to plan trainings, meetings and coordinate travel
    • Communicate with Franchise Partners and management teams by requesting information and answering questions
    • Coordinate all logistics for training sessions, including set-up of room, supplies and catering
    • Coordinate and schedule team meetings, prepare meeting documents and set-up debriefs
    • Establish and maintain files
    • Coordinate travel arrangements
    • Contribute to the project planning process
    • Create spreadsheets and databases
    • Aid in planning and support for the annual Sky Zone Convention.
    • Provide support to cross functional field teams via email communication, meeting coordination, reporting and other functions.
    • In coordination with the Operations Training team, aid in submission of the “Training Zone” piece for the network-wide newsletter, The Zone Report.
    • Participate in special projects as needed.
    • Other duties as assigned.


    QUALIFICATIONS

    The ideal candidate has proven experience related to the areas of responsibility noted above. Some specific considerations include:

    • Bachelor’s or four-year college degree required, or equivalent experience in the industry.
    • Proficient using Microsoft Office programs: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
    • Proven track record managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
    • Great attention to detail and a high level of organization
    • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
    • Experience with the project management process and supporting various portions of a project
    • Experience managing travel for a team is a plus
    • Responsible, dependable and team player
    • Must be self-disciplined and pro-active.
    • Must have a passion for Awesome, Healthy, Fun and Delivering WoW experiences.
