    In order to meet the needs of our rapid growth, Sky Zone is looking for a dynamic individual to fill the Operations Manager role who will embody Sky Zone’s awesome, healthy, fun values, and deliver a WoW! experience.  

    Ideal Candidate

    A dynamic, high-energy individual who is detail- oriented, and who possesses excellent organizational & interpersonal skills.  Must also possess the ability to multitask and be able to work in a fast- paced, high growth company.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Supervise 180 Team Members.
    • Ensures excellent customer and staff relations.
    • Supervisory responsibilities include assisting in interviewing and training employees; planning, assigning, scheduling and directing work; providing input on performance appraisals; recognizing and developing employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems under the direction of the General Manager
    • Under guidance of General Manager, achieves financial objectives by monitoring weekly budget, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
    • Provides a safe environment for employees and customers through training, guidance, and maintaining established ASTM safety standards.
    • Follows up on all assigned projects.
    • Ensures enforcement of store asset control and security policies and procedures
    • Monitors and maintains park floor, structural, store equipment, loss prevention and safety.
    • Gives corrective feedback under direction of General Manager.
    • Attends meetings and training as required.

     

    Qualifications

    • You have two or more years’ experience in a supervisory/leadership role.
    • You Communicate effectively in an outgoing, friendly manner.
    • You Possess a dependable and reliable work ethic.
    • You have the ability to recognize the strengths of team members and ensure the appropriate placement of talent within your park.
    • You excel and think through the impact of your actions, ensuring integrity in your interactions with others.
    • You build teams by creating strong morale in your park, communicating wins and successes, and consistently holding people accountable.
    • You manage performance, conduct feedback discussions regularly, and resolve problematic situations timely, respectfully, and quickly.
    • You help people to succeed and act compassionately when they fail.
    • You maintain a fair and equitable workplace and encourage an environment where members of the store team can express their concerns and ideas.
    • You build collaborative relationships by fostering open dialogue and listening effectively.
    • You can coordinate, communicate, and balance multiple projects simultaneously, while being flexible to conditions and remaining focused. You gain insight from mistakes, are open to feedback, and can translate feedback into actionable steps to consistently deliver results.
    • You comply the Standards, Policies, and Code of Business Conduct and Ethics set out in the Employee Handbook.
    • Requires reliable transportation
