In anticipation of our accelerated growth, Sky Zone is looking for a Email Marketing Coordinator to support our growing needs.
Reporting to the Email Marketing Manager, the Email Marketing Coordinator must have experience planning and executing email communications programs for a B2C company, ideally (but not necessarily) for a retail franchise business. The candidate must be passionate about the opportunity to help implement and grow email programs to further accelerate a growing business.
The ideal candidate can define customer segments, create briefs for email campaigns, conduct A/B testing, and analyze performance. This person is a dynamic, self-starter individual who is detail-oriented and possesses excellent organizational & interpersonal skills. Must also possess the ability to multitask and be able to work in a fast-paced, high-growth company.

Requirements:
2+ years' hands-on experience with enterprise email marketing platforms (for example, using Exact Target, Bronto, Emarsys or equivalent), including an understanding of CAN-SPAM laws.
Is comfortable and enthusiastic about working at a tactical level (working hands-on to execute and track campaigns), and collaborative on providing strategic feedback internally and to the greater network.
Has a track record of initiating and planning successful email marketing programs that generated sales growth and/or had a measurable impact on other KPI's
High level of curiosity: inherently committed to continuous learning, and able to adjust course based on new information and insights.
Initiative, detail-oriented with a strong work ethic
Embraces a collaborative work style, a can-do attitude, and is effective in a communicating with key players in a multi-faceted workplace.
Committed to providing excellent customer service, helping both internal and external stakeholders solve problems
