The full time, in-house Graphic Designer will play an integral role in defining, creating, and maintaining consistent brand creative and visual brand identity. The successful candidate will create work that meets visual and marketing goals while maintaining the brand aesthetic that is consistent with the Sky Zone Brand Style Guide.
The designer will be responsible for applying existing style guide principles to specific creative asset needs to execute marketing calendar initiatives, program rollouts, and other campaigns. Campaign key art and designs include a suite of asset types (print and digital) in various sizes, and will be used in national marketing as well as local (venue level) marketing.
Many projects will entail applying existing design (e.g., as conceptualized by an outside agency) across a breath of design deliverables; however, the incumbent may have the opportunity to lead the modifications of designs and conceptualize new designs in the future. The incumbent will also contribute to future brand design direction and processes.
The incumbent will provide tactical guidance to domestic and international parks in regard to design and creative processes.
The role reports to the Sr. Brand Manager and liaises across the Marketing team and cross-functional departments and helps manage 3rd party agency partners and freelance creatives
2+ years' experience as a professional graphic designer with experience working with brand marketing and promotional materials, either on the agency side or in-house within a consumer-facing brand.
Previous experience using a Brand Style Guide and bringing it to life through a range of digital and print assets.
Bachelor's Degree in Arts, Graphic Design, or equivalent experience desired.
