  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    Specific Duties and Responsibilities Include:

    • Reconciling Purchase orders with packing slips and invoices
    • Coding and entering invoices into SAP for payment.
    • Manage the Accounting email. Respond to emails and distribute as needed.  Adhere to paperless policy and maintain AP Files
    • Processes checks for check rides, rent checks and miscellaneous invoices
    • Calculates and process per diems for all Contract students on a monthly basis
    • Bookkeeping and filing
    • Maintain excellent communication and customer service skills while interacting with both internal and external customers, in person and in telephone conversations.

    OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Accounting Project Work
    • Perform general clerical support functions, such as preparation of correspondence, sending and receiving FAX transmissions, data entry, etc.
    • Maintain customer accounts by entering data into Flightlogger computer system and Housing regarding customer information, follow-up dates, contact information, etc.
    • Maintain Skyborne’s  commitment to customer satisfaction while performing job duties.
    • Exhibit and practice professional and courteous behavior while interacting with both internal and external customers, in person and in telephone conversations.
    • Accountable for the security of Skyborne materials, projects and business information regarding the methods and techniques used in the production and usage of Skyborne  products.
    • Miscellaneous tasks as assigned. Prioritize workflow on a daily basis.

    Maintain excellent communication and customer service skills while interacting with both internal and external customers, in person and in telephone conversations.

    EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: (MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS)

    • High school diploma or GED and some accounting courses required. An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree a plus.

    SOFTWARE/SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:

    • General knowledge of the following software:  Intermediate to expert knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Experience with SAP. Sage or similar accounting software
    • Other software programs may be required, as needed

    OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

    • Fluency in English, through both verbal and written communications; able to speak, understand, read and write.
    • Excellent verbal communication skills
    • Excellent Customer Service skills
    • Excellent organizational skills
    • Ability to interact with various levels of management in a professional manner
    • Ability to adapt to changing schedules and high pressure situations
    • Ability to interact with varied customer base (current and/or prospective) while providing high level of customer service.

    Job Type: Part-Time, Non-exempt role, Mornings from 8am-12pm

    Hourly pay based on experience
