We are looking for a Content Marketing Specialist to join one of our clients growing Marketing Team!
As the Content Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving our content marketing strategy and be responsible for creating, curating, and distributing high-quality content that engages and educates target audiences. This will help contribute to the company's brand awareness and lead generation efforts. This role demands creativity, strong writing skills, and a deep understanding of content marketing principles.

Major Responsibilities:_
- Collaborate with the team lead to develop and maintain a content calendar, including, articles, white-papers, employee stories & features, infographics, videos, and other content that aligns with the company's marketing goals and resonates with internal and external target audiences.
- Collaborate with the rest of the Marketing Team to develop and implement a comprehensive content marketing strategy, ensuring consistency in messaging, branding, and quality across all channels.
- Optimize content for search engines to improve organic visibility and drive traffic to the company's website. Stay updated on SEO best practices.
- Work with the team lead to develop and execute content for marketing campaigns and newsletters.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of content using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights, recommend data-driven decisions to optimize content strategy.
- Work with team lead to develop promotional strategies to increase content visibility and engagement.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor content strategies, to ensure our content remains relevant and competitive.

Qualifications/Skills:
- Minimum of 3 years of content marketing experience.
- Proven track record of creating and executing successful content marketing campaigns.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and content optimization techniques.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make strategic decisions.
- Ability to think strategically and develop creative solutions.
- Creativity and the ability to generate unique and engaging content ideas.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
