    Showing Assistant for Successful and Busy Agent Are you looking to achieve a six-figure income within the next 12-24 months? My small and committed real estate team is experiencing tremendous growth! I am looking for an exceptional licensed agent who will function as a Listing and Showing Assistant. This role will have you largely out in the field, not chained to a desk. By managing the listing process and providing exceptional client care you’ll free me up to focus on earning more business and proving leadership.  This is a growth opportunity that allows you to earn while you learn. You’ll be mentored, led, and provided with administrative support. My ideal candidate is already licensed, is comfortable using our MLS and other necessary platforms, and has closed a minimum of 6 transactions. You’ve likely discovered that you love the customer service aspect of the business but are struggling, perhaps, to hone your prospecting and conversion skills. That’s okay. Are you are detail-oriented, learning-based, and have a vision that extends beyond your next commission check? Do you care about creating 5-star feelings for all we serve? Do you engage with and connect easily with others? Are your personal standards high? If you are lacking in any area, are you willing to learn - on your own - and do it quickly? This role will require initiative, drive, and pride in a job well done. These things can’t be taught; everything else can.  Responsibilities: • Show, tour, and/or preview at least 10 homes per week. You must become the local market inventory expert.  • Make showing appointments, meet clients, and provide them with tours of homes that meet their specifications. Create urgency as needed and when it’s in their best interests.  • Prepare offers; obtain all required signatures and the earnest money deposit. I will present and negotiate on behalf of our buyers. • Schedule and attend any and all required inspections within stated timeframes. Prepare addendas as needed.  • Update our CRM to reflect activities; communicate consistently with me and our admin.  • Attend closings and obtain reviews and testimonials. Qualifications: • Real estate license with local, state, and national board membership. • Competency with digital and social media platforms - including the use of a CRM. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Organized, reliable, and consistent; the ability to maintain focus while juggling multiple priorities. You must also possess an even demeanor, remaining calm under pressure. Our clients are counting on you to provide them with peace of mind during an exciting and often stressful time.  • Demonstrated flexibility. You may have to jump and run with short notice. • Must be available evenings and weekends - but not every evening and weekend.  • Reliable transportation. COMPENSATION IS 10% OF COMMISSION PER TRANSACTION
