Job Overview:

As a Landscape Account Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of commercial landscaping accounts. You will serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their landscaping needs are met and exceeded. Key Responsibilities:

1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs, preferences, and expectations.

2. Conduct regular site visits to inspect landscaping projects, address client concerns, and ensure quality standards are met.

3. Collaborate with the landscaping team to develop and execute landscape design plans, installations, and maintenance schedules based on client requirements.

4. Provide estimates for landscaping projects, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts with clients.

5. Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project completion.

6. Proactively identify opportunities to upsell additional landscaping services to existing clients.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).

3. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

4. Excellent organizational and leadership abilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

5. Proficiency in landscape design software and Microsoft Office applications.

6. Knowledge of landscaping techniques, plants, and materials.

7. Valid driver's license and ability to travel to client sites as needed.

8. Certification from a relevant professional organization (e.g., National Association of Landscape Professionals) is a plus.
