Serves as the System Analyst and Administrator for Defense Medical Logistics Standard Support (DMLSS).
- Oversees the daily operations of the DMLSS system, performing daily system checks, backups (daily and monthly), and assistance with development of management reports, assistance with DMLSS obligations, updates, tests, and other duties as required as outlined in DoD 8570.01-M policies.
- Manage DMLSS system hardware resources by coordinating with appropriate stakeholders.
- Support all necessary training in the areas of materiel readiness, supply, maintenance, maintenance management, assemblage management, equipment management and inventory management to local users.
- Performs logistical management operations that involve planning, coordinating, or evaluating the logistical actions required to support a specified mission with the issuance of Authorized Medical Allowance Lists (AMAL) blocks.
- Track and manage medical materiel using DMLSS.
- Ensures all required changes within DMLSS are carried out to meet Command goals.
- Provide guidance on automated operations conducting functional training in new or revised DMLSS modules.
- Serve as the DMLSS Inventory Manager and Administrator point of contact between customers, logistics staff, network administrators, and the MCSC Program Office.
- Provide technical recommendations to support supply chain IPTs and Working Groups.
- Create and submit to MEDLOGCO officer DMLSS all necessary reporting.

Required Skills
- Five to seven years of related progressive professional work experience in Life-Cycle Logistics planning and management
- Advanced proficiency using Defense Medical Logistics Standard Support (DMLSS), Assemblage Management and Equipment Management Module.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Marine Logistics Online (MLO) Language SQL Server Database.
- Intermediate proficiency using the following:
- SharePoint 2013
- Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat
- GCSS-MC (Global Combat Support Systems-Marine Corps)
- Marine Expeditionary Force Knowledge Base (MEFKB)
- TFSMS
Required Experience
- BA/BS Degree from an accredited college/university, preferably in Information Systems Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- Security+ Certification
