    ASSIGNED DUTIES: Serves as the Family of Field Medical Equipment Liaison at Fort Detrick, MD. Duties and responsibilities include:

    • Submit requests for information (RFI) from DoD organizations, including, but not limited to the Defense Health Agency, to the program office.
    • Develop Courses Of Action (COAs) associated with RFIs (to include equipment RFIs)
    • Serve as the point of contact and liaison for the FFME Program Office.
    • Review, draft and update sourcing standardization IAW Tactical Combat Casualty Care guidelines in order to mitigate obsolescence or other sustainability issues.
    • Maintain, as required, proper inventory management of medical materiel, including expiration dates and restock requirements.
    • Draft medical equipment configuration packages, to include all training.
    • Review and track all medical recall information.

    Required Skills

    • Five to Seven years of related progressive professional work experience in Life-Cycle Logistics.
    • Demonstrated proficiency in Marine Logistics Online (MLO) Language SQL Server Database.
    • Intermediate proficiency using the following:
      • SharePoint 2013
      • Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat
      • GCSS-MC (Global Combat Support Systems-Marine Corps)
      • Marine Expeditionary Force Knowledge Base (MEFKB)
      • TFSMS
      • WEBFLIS
      • Medical Contingency Readiness Workflow (MCRW)

    Required Experience

    • BA/BS Degree from an accredited college/university, preferably in Information Systems Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • Qualifications
    • Five to Seven years of related progressive professional work experience in Life-Cycle Logistics.
    • Demonstrated proficiency in Marine Logistics Online (MLO) Language SQL Server Database.
    • Intermediate proficiency using the following:
      • SharePoint 2013
      • Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat
