    Our team is growing and we are looking for our next New Homes Sales Specialist to provide home buyers with a helpful and exciting experience. Skytex Homes is a manufactured home retailer specializing in selling new homes in new subdivisions where we may have 10-75+ lots to sell homes on. This position is for an on-site sales position that represents us in and travels between a few of our communities south of San Antonio as well as helping buyers who already own their land elsewhere with the purchase of a new home through us. You will work closely with our leadership team and our project manager who manages the construction and installation of the homes on our lots. This position requires the ability to work weekends and involves time on the road to assist our buyers in our various communities. The ideal candidate for this position will also generate leads and follow up on ones that can be converted into sales. Responsibilities: • Have an always learning mindset that enables you to grow with a supportive team • Manage incoming leads by phone, email, text and CRM and convert them to buyers to meet monthly sales goals • Represent builder and company in a professional manner to potential clients and industry professionals to project the values of our team and quality of our work • Prospect and conduct lead generation activities to create new business and obtain monthly sales goals • Available to open and close model homes 5 days a week to give potential buyers adequate touring times • Explain new home features and community amenities to potential buyers that match their needs and budget Qualifications: • Knowledge of Real Estate and new home construction preferred • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies • Ability to build meaningful connections and rapport quickly and loves meeting new people • A successful and proven sales history Compensation: $40,000 - $150,000 yearly
