    **Job Title: State & Federal Compliance Analyst **

    Location: Stevens Point, WI - Corporate Office

    *May include remote opportunities in the following states: AZ, FL, IL, IN, KS, MI, MN, TN, TX, UT, WA, WI. No relocation assistance is provided.

    Starting Salary: $47,747.96 - $52,522.76 (Salary commensurate with experience)

    As part of the SFC team, you will have an opportunity to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with the most powerful people in K-12 education, nationwide.

    What you will do:

    • Work with Skyward Product Owners and Software Developers to apply your analytical skills and creativity and make a real impact on education.

    • Communicate compliance updates to both our internal staff as well as our customers.

    • Maintain diverse, development specification documents, testing and training materials, and documentation.

    • Demonstrate independent ability to prioritize assignments, meet deadlines, and perform multiple tasks.

    What it takes:

    • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

    • Ability to prioritize daily tasks consistently and effectively to meet established goals.

    • Excellent oral and written communication skills

    • Strong interpersonal skills to work with multiple teams and customers.

    • Able to constantly develop knowledge of the Skyward product as it relates to State and Federal compliance.

    • Thrive in a collaborative team environment.

    • A two or four-year degree or a combination of education and experience that provides equivalent knowledge, skills, and abilities will be considered.
