    Job Description

    What you’ll do:

    Skywards Internal IT Interns will have the opportunity to work with Internal IT Engineers and Team Managers to learn about how to become proficient in the maintenance and troubleshooting of different levels of hardware and software that are used internally by Skyward. This includes but is not limited to switches, routers, internet connectivity, phone systems, information security, servers, workstations, and peripherals.

    What to expect:

    Expectations include the need to continuously learn new technologies and research how they could benefit and be implemented at Skyward. Interns are expected to work with Internal IT Engineers and Team Managers to learn how to use every means available to resolve issues and, if necessary, escalate support issues that cannot be resolved by typical diagnostics to more experienced engineers or their team managers.

    What you need:

    • Currently enrolled in a two- or four-year post-secondary education

    • Strong work ethic and problem-solving skills
