SKYWAY EQUITIES IS SEEKING A BILINGUAL SPANISH SPEAKING EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT OFFICE COORDINATOR FOR OUR NEW YORK OFFICE. YOU WILL FORM A PART OF THE NEW GROWING TEAM FOCUSED ON EXPANDING OUR COMPANY’S OPERATIONS IN THE UNITED STATES. IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL BE ASSISTING IN COORDINATION OF OUR BRAND-NEW OFFICE IN MANHATTAN WHILE ALSO ACTING AS EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO OUR CEO. THE JOB ACTIVITIES MAY ALSO INCLUDE SOME SALES AND MARKETING TASKS.

JOB FUNCTIONS

· Act as Executive Assistant to our CEO: Extensive calendar and time management; ensuring that CEO is on time and prepared for meetings; consistently reviewing calendar for changes.

· Schedule meetings, conference calls, and complete soft IT tasks.

· Controlling incoming and outgoing communications and following up on important matters.

· Be in charge of all operational aspects of running an office.

· Liaise Skyway Equities' outreach to the market.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

· A college degree.

· Written and spoken fluency in both English and Spanish.

· Great organizational and relationship-building skills.

· Based in New York City metro area. Ability to commute to the office in Midtown five days a week.

· Experience (or interest) in the Real Estate field.

· The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high pressure environment.

· An outgoing and proactive attitude. We are a growing new office, so the ideal candidate will understand that not all matters might be ready on day one and will be willing to 'roll up their sleeves' to establish workflows and solutions.

· A professional and calm demeanor; capable of consistently maintaining a high level of composure, confidentiality, and focus.
