About the Role:

American Drilling and Sawing Inc is looking for a skilled Slab Saw Operator and Core Driller to join our team in Houston, TX! This is a hands-on opportunity to work with cutting-edge concrete cutting equipment on exciting commercial and industrial projects. Responsibilities:

Operate slab saws and core drilling equipment safely and efficiently on job sites

Perform concrete cutting, core drilling, and slab sawing according to project specifications

Set up, inspect, and maintain equipment before and after each use

Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and company safety protocols on every job

Coordinate with crew members and supervisors to complete projects on schedule

Identify and troubleshoot equipment issues in the field

Keep accurate records of work completed and materials used

Requirements:

Prior experience operating slab saws, core drills, or similar concrete cutting equipment preferred

Ability to read and interpret blueprints or project layout markings

Strong understanding of job site safety practices and PPE requirements

Physically able to lift heavy equipment and work in outdoor environments

Valid driver's license with a reliable driving record

Dependable, punctual, and a strong team player

Willingness to travel to various job sites throughout the Houston area
