    THE ROLE: REVENUE OPERATIONS ANALYST Slader is looking for a driven individual to support our growing Revenue Operations team in New York City. You will be a part of a passionate team that is focused on advanced monetization strategies that bring our amazing web products to students free of charge.

    Working with the Revenue Operations team you will play a supportive role in overseeing our ad revenue and ad product development. You will work with content, product, engineering, and design to execute key company initiatives.

    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 

    • Assist in day to day ad operations needs (e.g. troubleshooting discrepancies with ad partners, support ad hoc reporting requests, etc.)
    • Work closely with the Director of Revenue Operations to manage day to day vendor relationships 
    • Maintain and develop key business reports 
    • Leverage various data sources to analyze and mine key data and optimize our ad revenue 
    • Help design and analyze A/B tests impacting real-time revenue 
    • Become an expert on Slader's ad tech stack 
    • Gain a deep understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem and identify key trends to implement to drive revenue growth

     

    SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: 

    • 1-2 years of ad operations or programmatic advertising experience is preferred, but not required. 
    • A quick learner, self-motivated, ambitious and detail oriented 
    • A passion for understanding and spotting trends in large data sets
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Experience with Excel (Lookups, Array Formula, Conditional Logic)
