Are you a dental or medical treatment coordinator or office manager looking to apply your skills in a more focused, specialized, and impactful role?
We’re looking for a driven, detail-oriented Sleep Apnea Treatment Coordinator to join our growing team.
In this role, you'll be responsible for managing sleep apnea cases from referral to delivery, including presenting treatment plans, discussing financial options, and helping patients commit to care. You'll work closely with patients, dentists, medical offices, dental offices, and sleep professionals, serving as the key point of contact throughout the treatment process.
This is a clinical coordination and case presentation role, not a general front office position.
Present treatment plans and confidently guide patients toward case acceptance.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate every stage of the sleep apnea care journey, including scheduling consultations and follow-up appointments.
Communicate effectively with referring dental and medical offices.
Verify insurance eligibility and benefits for sleep apnea patients.
Ensure all paperwork, authorizations, and consents are completed accurately.
Coordinate lab cases and ensure proper documentation and follow-through.
Assist in selling sleep apnea treatment options to patients and manage the sales process.
Ensure accurate billing and coding for all procedures and treatments.
Manage collections and follow up on outstanding balances.
Track progress and maintain excellent patient follow-up.
Provide excellent patient care and ensure smooth patient flow from consultation to treatment.
Work primarily from our Everett office, with occasional travel to local dental offices when patients are scheduled.
Qualifications:
• Experience in medical/dental front office, insurance verification, and scheduling. • Preferred knowledge of sleep apnea treatments and insurance coverage is a plus. • Excellent communication and organizational skills. • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. • A self-motivated team player with a focus on patient satisfaction and efficiency.

Compensation: $23-$27 per hour (Based on Experience) + Excellent Bonus Structure Based on Performance and case acceptance.
Location: Everett (Full-Time | In-Office | Local Travel Required)
