1. Earnings, Activity Pay & Sign-On Bonus
- Pull down a reliable weekly gross averaging $1,538.46 ( $80,000/year baseline), structured through a combination of hourly pay ( $18.00/hr ) and mileage rates ( $0.700 to $0.750 CPM ).

2. Local Routes & Trailer Operations
- Dispatches launch straight out of the Ontario, CA distribution yard, completing regional store deliveries throughout California and Nevada.
- Trailer & Handling Specs: Pull preloaded single and double dry van trailers ( 70% of runs are doubles ). Unloading uses manual pallet jacks alongside drop-and-hook drops. Equipment includes modern automatic slip-seat day cabs (trucks park at the terminal facility).
3. Shift Schedule & Daily Home Resets
- Daily Home Resets: Work local Inland Empire dispatches and sleep in your own bed after every shift.
- Operates on a Monday through Friday schedule with late-night/early-morning dispatch slots (starts range from 11:00 PM to 2:00 AM, averaging 10–12 hour daily shifts). Holiday availability required during peak periods.
4. Experience & Endorsement Requirements
- Driver Standard: Must hold a minimum of 3 months of verifiable Class-A tractor-trailer experience within the past 6 months.
- Endorsement & Screening: Doubles/Triples endorsement is required prior to scheduling. Clean results on mandatory pre-employment dual-panel hair follicle and urine toxicology screens are strictly enforced.
