Role Overview
As our Digital Advertising Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our products and services. You will play a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers. This is a pivotal role in the business, and there will be a lot of growth opportunities for the right candidate in the years ahead in terms of both experience and compensation.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, optimize, and monitor ad campaigns across various platforms.
- Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaigns' overall performance.
- Coordinate with other departments to consistently improve marketing results.
- Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.
- Drive important metrics like revenue, ROAS (ACOS), CAC, LTV, CVR, etc.
- Work with our team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
- Oversee and manage a large ad budget across multiple platforms including Facebook, Google, TikTok, Walmart, eBay, TV, radio, mail, and more.
Qualifications and Skills
- Has demonstrated proficiency in a digital marketing or advertising position
- Strong proficiency in Google and Facebook ads
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
- Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
- Experience managing large advertising budgets and campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Previous agency background is preferred, with exposure to a variety of accounts and industries.
- A willingness to learn and leave your ego at the door – the best ideas with the best results win here.
