Qualifications: • Outstanding communication and customer service abilities are a must • A minimum of 1+ years of experience in general/civil litigation or family law is preferred, but gumption and a fire in the belly to succeed is more determinative • Proficiency in numerous programs including MS Office. TABS is valued, but not required • Must exhibit a high-level prioritization of client care and satisfaction and show support for the firm's beliefs • Interpersonal skills necessary to interact fully, effectively, and appropriately with a vast array of people under a wide range of circumstances so as to elicit an "impressed" response after each encounter • Ability to organize and triage numerous tasks and complete them under time constraints exceeding client expectations at every turn • Necessary aptitude in order to communicate dynamically and productively by telephone, e-mail, and in-person, with a diverse group of people conveying information with courtesy and tact If, when looking in the mirror you see these traits, you should be working here!
