What You’ll Do

Lead shifts and support the GM in daily operations

Coach and motivate team members

Ensure food quality and service standards are met

Handle cash, deposits, and closing/opening duties

Jump in and support wherever the team needs you

What We’re Looking For

Previous restaurant or leadership experience preferred

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment

Flexible availability, including nights and weekends
