About the Role:

Join the fun at Blast Off Bay as a Slide Attendant! In this exciting position, you'll be responsible for ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for our guests as they enjoy our thrilling water slides. If you love working in a vibrant environment and making a splash, this is the job for you!

Responsibilities:

Monitor slide operations to ensure safety and compliance with park rules.

Assist guests with slide instructions and ensure proper use of equipment.

Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the slide area.

Respond to guest inquiries and provide excellent customer service.

Conduct regular safety checks and report any issues to management.

Enforce height and safety regulations for all riders.

Participate in emergency response drills and procedures.

Work collaboratively with team members to create a fun atmosphere.

Requirements:

Must be at least 16 years old; prior experience in a customer service role is a plus.

Lifeguard certification not required for slide attendant.

Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Basic first aid and CPR certification preferred, or willingness to obtain.

Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.

Team player with a passion for customer satisfaction.

Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
