Job Description

• Main lobby receptionist

• Maintaining communication with our main campus on facilities, operations, and policy changes

• Strong professionalism and an energetic positive attitude

• Excellent customer service to all guests, employees, and visitors

• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, organization, time management, and follow-up skills

• Driven self-starter, with a proactive approach to work. Handling emergent and unique issues without requiring specific direction

• Ability to maintain confidentiality, follow compliance laws and regulations

• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and basic office IT tasks (connecting to the projector, starting audio and video conferencing, printers, etc.)

• Team and customer oriented

• Self-confidence to excel in a high-impact, highly dynamic and globally dispersed team environment.

• Take a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• High energy with a sense of urgency and a bias for action.

• A sense of passion.

• Has a good sense of humor.

• Has a “can-do” attitude.

REQUIREMENTS

• BA Degree

• 2-4 years receptionist experience.

• Processional attire dress for main lobby

• Mon - Fri schedule, prefer 8-5 shift, but open to 9-6 shift if needed

• The position will report into dept. Executive Assistant

• Must be local to the 92121 area
