Responsibilities: • Present existing and prospective customers with individualized policy options, quote calculations, and educational materials to meet their needs • Resolve billing, policy change, coverage, and insurance claims issues using exemplary customer service skills • Ensure up-to-date information within insurance company databases to effectively drive sales and current customers • Take an innovative approach to networking and sales strategies to identify and secure new clients • Review insurance policies for accuracy, coverage, and limits in order to recommend modifications, as needed • Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales Qualifications: • Experience in the insurance industry as an insurance producer for personal lines • Stellar verbal and written communications skills mandatory • Must hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience working in the insurance industry • In-depth knowledge of available insurance policies and insurance coverage offerings along with their key differentiators • Must hold a valid, state-issued insurance license(s): Property and Casualty Insurance License and/or Life and Health Insurance License Compensation: $25 - $40 plus commission
