JOB SUMMARY:

Performs periodic maintenance on slot machines and signage and shall operate such in accordance with the ordinance adopted by the Winnebago Gaming Commission and the Winnebago Tribal Council.

JOB DUTIES:

Performs periodic preventative maintenance procedures on slot machines and signage.

Troubleshoots malfunctions on slot machines.

Maintains security and accountability of funds entrusted.

Ensures all facilities and equipment are functioning properly within the department.

Participates in the installation/removal of hopper load funds.

Maintains good customer relations.

Always perform duties in a positive and professional manner.

Adheres to policies and procedures.

Must attend training & meetings as directed by management.

Performs all duties as assigned.

AUTHORITY AND SUPERVISORY CAPACITY

· Possesses authority needed to accomplish 1 – 10 above.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

High School diploma or GED required.

Comprehensive computer skills.

1 to 2 years in the Slot Department as a Floor Associate and/or Slot Maintenance.

Basic knowledge of slot machine theory and operation required.

Basic knowledge of electricity and electrical components required.

Good organizational and clerical skills required.

Must be able to obtain gaming license.

Bi-cultural experience preferred.

Native American preference.

CONDITION OF EMPLOYMENT

1. Must have a telephone.

2. Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time.

3. Must be able to lift and carry a minimum of 100 lbs.

4. Must be able to interact successfully with associates and guests.

5. Must be able to withstand a smoky environment for extended periods of time, with direct exposure to secondhand smoke.
