Job Description

We are looking for a new team member to handle our customer service inbox and inquiries. We are looking for someone self sufficient with great attention to detail and follow up skills. Customer service requires a polite and professional demeanor even in the face of challenging situations or combative customers and the ability to approach and handle those challenges calmly is key to the role. We’re looking forward to adding someone with these strengths and skills to our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintaining our Customer Support inbox, which includes:
• Answering customer inquiries and questions
• Navigating our shipping systems to view and provide updates on orders, provide tracking information, and issue refunds or discounts when necessary
• Processing returns and reshipments on incorrect orders
• Assisting in fulfillment of orders as well as handling and counting inventory
• Communicating with the fulfillment team and management accordingly on customer needs or order requirements
