    Flexibility in Client Meetings: Outside sales personnel can meet potential clients at any of our showrooms or manufacturer showrooms nationwide, ensuring you have the perfect setting for every pitch. Please note, outside sales are not permitted to take ups on the showroom floor. A workstation at our headquarters in St. Louis is available if needed.

    Responsibilities:

    • Network, maintain relationships, and generate new sales leads.
    • Sell appliances and associated services (protection plans, delivery, installation).
    • Manage orders from start to finish, ensuring complete and satisfactory delivery.

    Training: A comprehensive two-week in-person product and company training precedes your selling activities, setting you up for success.

    Compensation Details: Four Ways to Earn

    1. Protection Plan Profit: 25% commission on your total protection plan profit monthly, paid on the 15th for the prior month.
    *  _Example:_ $6,700 in protection plan profit earns you $1,675.
    
    1. Delivered Product Profit: 16% commission on your total product profit monthly, also paid on the 15th.
    *  _Example:_ $65,000 in product profit results in $10,400 commission.
    
    1. Manufacturer Spiff Incentives: Direct commissions from manufacturers after delivery, usually around 2% of your total sales revenue for that brand.
    *  _Example:_ $300,000 in sales revenue could net a $6,000 spiff payout.
    
    1. Quarterly Bonus: A 5% bonus on your total protection plan profit for quarters exceeding $20,000, paid after the quarter ends.
    *  _Example:_ $21,000 in protection plan sales in Q1 leads to a $1,050 bonus.
